We are located at 83 Lakeshore Drive in Douglas. Public access to Lake Michigan is located directly
across the street from our property. Downtown Douglas is approximately 1 mile away and Saugatuck
approximately 3 miles. There is a wide range of restaurants, shops, galleries, and activities all within a
short distance of the Inn. Go to www.saugatuck.com for more information.

Guests cancelling reservations within 21 days of their stay are charged for the full amount of the stay
plus applicable taxes unless their room can be re-rented. A credit card is required at the time of
reservation; however, it is not charged until the time of check-in or cancellation.

Check in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Guests wishing to arrive earlier may request an early check in
by calling the Inn on the day of arrival. Guests needing a later check in time should also call the Inn so
that arrangements can be made. Check out time is 11:00 am.

We have a heated outdoor pool (seasonal), an indoor hot tub, and a dry sauna.

We do host groups – please call to discuss your event.

Guests are prohibited from bringing pets to the Inn. The Innkeepers do have two cats and two small
dogs. Guests may encounter these pets in common spaces during their stay. These pets are not allowed
in guest rooms.

Our minimum guest age at the Inn is 17 years. We do have a townhome rental in Douglas which is
suitable for families. Please call the Inn for more details and availability.

Guests are provided with a full breakfast daily. There is also a shared guest refrigerator, water dispenser, and ice machine available. Please alert us to any dietary restrictions.

The Inn features seven King and seven Queen rooms. All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
All rooms feature private baths, air conditioning, and cable television. High-speed internet is available
throughout the property.

The Inn is open year-round.

Guests are provided with complimentary beach towels. Beach chairs and bicycles are also available on a
first come first served basis.

The Interurban Shuttle operates an on-demand service year-round and charges $2 per ride. There are
several local taxi companies available as well. Uber and Lyft offer sporadic service in season.
